For EU countries the shipping is free. For Extra EU the shipping costs may differ and are calculated at the checkout according to volume and weight of the item and your eligible shipping location.

We ship to Europe only. For extra Europe shipping please contact us at shop@slidedesign.it Some special bulky items could happen not to be available to ship everywhere: if you are interested in one of them please contact us and you’ll receive all the needed specifications to organize it accordingly.

All our products are guaranteed free of charge for twenty-four (24) months in compliance with European community current laws. LEDs are guaranteed for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase upon presentation of the invoice.

To request the return of one or more purchased items you have 8 days being - calculated from the day you received them - at the end of which it will no longer be possible. If you are returning the item because you no longer like it or you simply changed your mind, the shipping costs will be at your expense. If otherwise the product arrives damaged, or has defects, the costs of withdrawal and replacement are charged to us. It will therefore be necessary to write an email to shop@slidedesign.it with order number, articles you want to return and a reason for return. If you are returning the item because defective please attach demonstrative pictures. You’ll receive all the instructions to send it back by e-mail within 5 days.

We’re sure you’ll love them at first sight but, if not, you’re totally free to send them back within 8 days. If the item is defective, we’ll cover the expenses. If you changed your mind we ask you to cover them to let our product find the way home.

After completing your online purchase, you’ll receive an-email confirmation with your order number. The invoice/receipt will be sent by e-mail after your order is shipped. In case you need a VAT invoice please be sure to fill in the appropriate form during the check-out process.
