Denis Santachiara started his career in 1980, inspired mainly by new technologies. He began to be famous in 1986, when he won the Compasso D'Oro ADI, the first of a long series of international awards that will be recognized during his long and successful career. Denis Santachiara is a transversal designer who works between the arts and the newest technologies, with a palmarès very numerous: his creations are objects that takes care not only of the shape but also their performance, thoroughly studying their interactive use. Innovative and audacious, his wide culture and his activity shift between different fields, from technology to art, to design. His products are great internationally icons, which are part of permanent exhibitions of the most important museums in the world. His profound knowledge has led him to be also a design professor at NABA in Milan.
